I’m really interested in going into the event planning industry. The problem is I have no experiance. Can anyone help? I’m looking for someone, a company, anyone that is willing to take me on part time and show me the ropes. Thanks

Hi I got into event planning a few years ago by volunteering for organizations that put on seasonal shows, such as fairs, fundraisers, etc.
Start from the bottom (ie taking orders) and after a year or so, you should be able to do one on your own or at least with someone.
Keep a note book–very very important!
