Should I start an event planning company in Georgia?

by admin on March 18, 2010

I am looking to start an event planning company in Georgia and I am not sure if this is a smart business move. Do people actually hire event planners? Would I be able to make a living planning events?

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you’ll inevitably have as well as many you haven’t anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

this new company/job is very much like real estate. its all about how you put your company’s name out there that determines if you get clients or not. you have to go out and sell your company. you have to make your name stand out.
to make a living off of this job?…well…maybe not at first. stick with your day job when you first start this company. stay that way for a year. so how your company goes through each season. see when its down and when its up.
then if it goes well leave your day job and stick to your company. i dont know anything about Georgia. i know there are a lot of Romanians there. and i know its a very beautiful rich place to be. so im sure you will do Great!

SURE THEY DO . COMPANIES USE THEM BIG TIME . PLAN DIVORCE EVENTS , LOSS OF VIRGINITY EVENTS, ETHNIC CELEBRATIONS AND PARTIES . THE LIST IS ENDLESS AND IT IS A HIGH END REVENUE PRODUCER CAUSE ONLY THE WELL TO DO CAN AFOORD IT .
